	Dave has nearly 20 years of brokerage expertise and market knowledge. He joined Malone Commercial Brokers in 2004. He specializes in all aspects of commercial sales and leasing as well as buyer and tenant representation. Dave is a boating enthusiast and loves to take friends and family up and down the coast in his boat "Fade Away." He also loves the Red Sox and Patriots, just about any sport and travel. Dave is single and resides in Portland, Maine.
