Jim was the Founder and President of Ram Harnden Commercial Real Estate for 25 years prior to joining Malone Commercial Brokers as a partner in 2010. He is active in all sectors of commercial real estate and specializes in office sales and leasing with an emphasis on tenant representation.
Jim enjoys golf, running, skiing and hiking. He resides in Cape Elizabeth with his wife of 28 years Tina, a freelance designer and writer. Their daughter, Katie, attends college majoring in Studio Art.
