Joe has been a broker for over 25 years and is active in all sectors of commercial real estate. He specializes in complex development projects requiring a high degree of creativity and interaction with civic and community officials. Joe also concentrates on the company’s consulting and development practices.

One of Joe’s passions is skiing and he enjoys it as much as he can in the winter here in Maine and with summer trips to the Andes range in Chile. Joe resides in Portland with his wife of 28 years, Ann Marie. They have three children
