Peter has been a broker with Malone Commercial Brokers for 20 years. His areas of specialization include office and retail in Portland’s Historic Old Port, Downtown and Arts Districts. Peter’s knowledge and experience in these areas provide landlords and tenants with first-rate brokerage services. He is also active in special use and multi-unit property sales.
Peter authored and presented Malone Commercial Brokers’ annual retail report from 2002 to 2006. He remains involved in the publication of the report as a contributing writer.
In 2010, Peter was voted “Realtor of the Year” by the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors (MCAR). He was elected President of MCAR after previously serving as Vice President.
Peter lives in Portland with his wife Lauren and two children. He enjoys coaching little league, teaching his sons skiing and loves to spend summers on Sebago, boating and swimming with the kids.
