14, 2008 – Mark Malone and Dale Holman attended the ICSC’s
2008 New England Idea Exchange held July 9th through the 10th. This conference
featured sessions with national retailers and developers discussing strategies
and trends in the current challenging economic landscape.
A special
session was devoted to new and expanding New England
retailers. The conference provides a venue to network and conduct business with retailers, brokers, developers, owners, lenders, suppliers, municipalities and economic development agencies from across the region.

January 24, 2008 – MALONE COMMERCIAL BROKERS presented its retail report as part of the Sector Analysis Program of the Maine Real Estate & Development Association’s (MEREDA) Annual Real Estate Conference held at the Holiday Inn By the Bay in Portland, Maine. Dale Holman, Associate Broker, presented the report to conference attendees and MEREDA members. Malone Commercial Brokers also participated in MEREDA’s Fourth Annual Member Showcase which supplements the conference with 60 exhibitors.

National retailers use this International Council of Shopping Centers’ conference to showcase their business and expansion plans.
