		Signage	All of our signage is custom-made tailored for each property. For to-be-built and under construction properties and projects, color renderings or site plans can be applied to the signage. Materials used for signage and placement of the sign are vital to the marketing of the property. MCB contracts with a local sign vendor to insure the right material is used and the best possible placement is located for greatest visibility. MCB also produces custom signage in house on a smaller scale for window signs.
