This 42.3± acres site was assembled in three land transactions (25, 1.26 and 16 acre parcels) for the development of “The Gateway at Scarborough,” a new retail and office development.

Located on the Haigis Parkway at Exit 42 of the Maine Turnpike, the site has direct access to I-95 and is minutes from the Maine Mall and Portland Downtown areas.

Outdoor outfitter Cabela’s will be the retail anchor with its 130,000 SF store scheduled to open Spring 2008. The mixed use development includes 438,000 SF of retail, commercial and office space. This is the first Cabela’s anchored center in Northern New England.
