Brandon joined Malone Commercial Brokers in 2017 after several years with SVN/ The Urbanek Group. Prior to his tenure there, he was a commercial construction project manager with Ledgewood Construction, Landry-French Construction and PC Construction. As a commercial real estate broker, Brandon has participated in over $100 million of commercial sales and leases. He works across all sectors of the market but specializes in large industrial properties, multifamily portfolios and self storage facilities throughout the state. After working two summers on a lobster boat on Casco Bay during college breaks, Brandon graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in construction management and moved to Maine full-time in 2002. Brandon is involved in various community organizations and resides in Cape Elizabeth with his wife and three children.
