Mike Anderson joined MCB as a broker in April of 2016 after 7 years of brokerage work at another local firm. He has developed a professional reputation based on a track record of knowledge, transparency, trust and success within the Maine CRE community. Mike’s brokerage services include buyer/seller and landlord/tenant representation across all market sectors including investment sales, retail, office, industrial, multi-family, vacant land and ground-up development projects. He also has experience working with local municipalities, most recently working with the Town of Gorham for the past 5± years.
Mike is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Maine Commercial Association of Realtors (MCAR), is a board member with The Institute For Family Owned Business and holds a B.S. from the University of Maine in Orono. A South Portland native, he now resides in Gorham with his wife and three children. Mike is involved with his community, enjoys fitness, golf, hiking, trail running, friends and above all his family.
