Mike Anderson has nearly two decades of experience in Maine commercial real estate, representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants across a broad range of property types and transactions. Since joining Malone Commercial Brokers in 2016, he has established himself as a trusted advisor known for market knowledge, transparency, and a straightforward, results-oriented approach. His experience includes investment sales, retail, office, industrial, multifamily, land, and development projects, as well as working with local municipalities on commercial real estate and development matters.
Mike is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Maine Commercial Association of Realtors (MCAR), serves on the Board of Directors of the Institute for Family Owned Business (IFOB), and holds a B.S. from the University of Maine. A South Portland native, Mike lives in Gorham with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys making the most of time with his family, keeping up with the busy pace of life with three kids, and spending time outdoors—particularly golfing, hiking, and exploring Maine.
