Cheri’s extensive commercial real estate experience spans from the lease and sale of retail, office, industrial, multi-family to land and investment properties. In addition to real estate transactions, Cheri has also brokered the sale of many businesses, both with and without real estate. Her qualifications include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), member of the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors, Maine Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. Cheri is also a board member and President Elect for the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors, and USA Hockey. Cheri was carefully selected as New England CCIM Chapter President for 2024. Cheri lives at Higgins Beach in Scarborough with her husband, Steve & dog, Meghan. Cheri loves the outdoors, especially hiking and skiing; her favorite time is spent cooking for family and friends.
