Rosemont Market & Bakery is getting a little more room to do what it does best.
Malone Commercial Brokers recently facilitated Rosemont’s move to 108 Main Street in Yarmouth, with Joe Malone and Luke Malone representing Rosemont. The move keeps Rosemont right in the heart of Yarmouth, just across the street from its current location at 96 Main Street, while giving the business more space and on-site parking.
Rosemont has been a part of the Yarmouth community for nearly two decades, and the new location offers an opportunity to build on that history without going far. The new space will provide approximately 50% more retail space than the market’s current location, creating room for Rosemont to expand its offerings and better serve its customers.
For a local business with a rich history in the community, finding the right next location is about more than square footage. Rosemont knew they had room to expand while still staying connected to the customers, businesses and neighborhood that have helped make the business what it is.
The new Yarmouth location is expected to open in early 2027. We’re glad to have played a part in helping Rosemont find its next chapter in Yarmouth.
