Cape Elizabeth's Micro Lumber Yard

Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers represented the buyer of the former Cumberland Farms building located at the intersection of Route 77 and Shore Road. Cumberland Farms had relocated to the opposite side of the road several years ago.

Historic Kingfield Property Closes

John Doyon, Partner & Broker at Malone Commercial Broker recently brokered the sale of the historic Herbert Grand Hotel in Kingfield, Maine. The property, completed in 1918, has rich a history. Read more in this issue of Sector Story!

Former Wok Inn Property Leased

1207 Forest Avenue, Portland

1207 Forest Avenue was the Wok Inn for over 25 years. Now, the 4,296 SF property has been leased to cannabis retail tenant Sweet Dirt (Eliot, Maine based). The building is located directly on Portland’s most heavily traveled artery at Morrill’s Corner.  The 1.32± acres site has 2 curb cuts:  one on Forest Avenue and the other on Allen Avenue.

A New Era

The property was sold in May 2019 to New Hampshire based developer Chinburg Properties. Karen Rich and Cheri Bonawitz, CCIM of Malone Commercial Brokers and Keenan Auction Co. represented the seller, Roy Continental Mill LLC, in the sale.
